At Tom Brady’s CardVault, we stand by the quality of our premium apparel and accessories. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery provided they are in original, unworn condition.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the packing slip is included inside the box.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our vault team inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
